For online sessions I currently have openings for clients with:

Aetna, Meritain, Optum, UHC, UMR, Oscar, and Oxford Health plans.

There are also straightforward ways to submit out-of-network claims through companies like Thrizer that make it easy for the client to be reimbursed or to pay only their co-pay once their deductible is met.

For those out-of-network, you can call your insurance company and ask the following questions:

• Am I eligible for out-of-network coverage?

• What is my deductible?

• What percentage will be reimbursed to me once my deductible is met?
